It is not applicable to: -- bank structures such as quay walls, sheeting walls, piles and dolphins; -- floating landing stages for recreational craft; -- more severe requirements for floating landing stages used for the transhipment of dangerous goods; -- any landing stages required between vessel and floating landing stage.
